For those of you who were in Katie’s Cup this last friday evening you know how great the experience was to be here. Awestruck blessed all of us with their creativity and their message. Even though John and I were behind the bar all night the experience was still the same. We at Katie’s value the homegrown music we have here in Rockford and there will be more. Classes are entry level, okay for beginners
Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing
Classes begin in July
Sunday and Thursday nights
5:30-6:30 PM
Fee is $10 per person
Classes led by Tami Bogard, Personal Fitness Trainer certified by The American Council on Exercise for 14 yrs., Yoga instructor since 2004
